Pa. Judge Won't Force Discovery In Ex-Fumo Atty Libel Row

Law360, Philadelphia (October 15, 2012, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state judge refused to force Richard Sprague, a founder of the law firm Sprague & Sprague and former attorney for convicted state senator Vince Fumo, to turn over documents to the Philadelphia Daily News as part of Sprague’s ongoing libel suit against the paper.
