Hostess Gets Nod To Implement New CBAs On Unions

Law360, New York (October 3, 2012, 10:15 PM EDT) -- Hostess Brands Inc. saw a break Wednesday when a New York federal judge approved a new collective bargaining agreement it offered its bakers union that includes an 8 percent wage concession along with other cuts to employees.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert D.
