Mitsubishi Unit To Fork Over $1.3B For Aircraft Lease Co.

Law360, New York (October 4, 2012, 11:33 AM EDT) -- Japan's Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Co. Ltd. has agreed to pay 100 billion yen ($1.3 billion) for a California-based aircraft leasing company to build its presence in the aviation industry, lifting ownership from private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management LP, the buyer said Thursday.
