Calif. Appeals Court Limits Challenges To Injunctions

Law360, San Diego (October 5, 2012, 8:55 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday determined that parties can fight against an injunction by claiming it's invalid only when they can show the injunction was beyond the trial court’s jurisdiction to issue in the first instance, concluding that the defendants in a trade secrets dispute made no such showing.
