Caterpillar Fights Bid To Move Patriot Ch. 11 Case

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Patriot Coal Corp. creditor Caterpillar Inc. filed an objection Friday to several requests to move the debtor's Chapter 11 case out of New York, saying doing so would not be in the interests of justice and would unfairly favor Patriot's union.
