Texas Oil Co. Sues Ex-Worker Over Botched Lease Renewals

Law360, Houston (October 5, 2012, 3:27 PM EDT) -- Harvey Ventures Group LLC has launched a suit in Texas state court alleging that a former landman breached his employment contract by failing to ensure dozens of mineral leases were renewed, which could cost the oil and gas company $30 million.
