E-Discovery Rules Make ITC More Attractive IP Venue

Law360, New York (October 5, 2012, 8:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission's proposed rules to limit e-discovery in patent cases were met with wide acclaim Friday by attorneys who said the plan will make the ITC a more effective forum and go a long way to address persistent complaints that discovery costs at the ITC are out of control.
