SF Panel's Nod Keeps $4.2B Transit Center Plan On Track

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 5:44 PM EDT) -- Two San Francisco committees gave an important approval Thursday of several environmental findings related to the city's $4.2 billion Transbay Transit Center plan, keeping the project's funding on track and the future of a light rail extension secure.

In a joint meeting, San Francisco's planning commission and parks and recreation commission approved raising shadow limits for several park properties that will be affected by the project and adopted findings for the project under the California Environmental Quality Act.
