Pa. Home Care Workers Sue Over Unpaid, Reduced Wages

Law360, Philadelphia (October 9, 2012, 8:27 PM EDT) -- A group of home health aides filed suit against their employer in Pennsylvania state court on Thursday seeking compensation after the company allegedly failed to pay them for months at a time and arbitrarily reduced wages after regulatory overhauls by the Department of Public Welfare.
