Tycoon Again Sues Total Over $9B Stake In Kazakh Oil Field

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 8:02 PM EDT) -- Energy magnate Jack J. Grynberg on Monday sued France-based Total SA in Texas state court for allegedly cutting him out of a $9 billion stake in an oil and gas reserve he discovered in Kazakhstan, his latest legal challenge on the subject.
