NY Town's Trash Import Ban Could Halt Waste-To-Energy Plant

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 2:15 PM EDT) -- New York regulators on Friday warned a real estate consortium seeking to build a pricey waste-to-energy plant near the Hudson River that they may not have the power to overturn a town law against importing garbage that could stop the project from being built.
