Pa. Hospital, Tenant Settle To Get $110M Expansion On Track

Law360, Philadelphia (October 9, 2012, 3:10 PM EDT) -- A Philadelphia manufacturer Thursday agreed to vacate a rental property that Tenet Healthcare Corp. alleged was impeding its $110 million expansion of St. Christopher’s Hospital, marking a partial resolution to a suit filed in September by the hospital.

In a joint stipulated order filed in Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas, Action Manufacturing Co. consented to leave the 6.4 acre site by Nov. 1. Action’s lease on the property, which is owned by the hospital, had expired on March 6.
