ITC Plans Anti-Dumping Review On Asian, European Rebar

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 4:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will conduct a full review on whether revoking anti-dumping duties against steel concrete reinforcing bar from China, Poland and five other Asian and European countries will harm the U.S. industry, the agency said Tuesday.

The ITC said its commissioners voted unanimously to conduct full five-year “sunset” reviews on the construction material, saying the agency would examine the effects that a revocation of the 11-year-old anti-dumping measures would have on the U.S. market.
