9th Circ. Rules BLM Owes No Fees In Grazing Permit Suit

Law360, New York (October 9, 2012, 8:00 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday upheld a decision denying a conservation group’s bid for attorneys’ fees despite winning a challenge against the Bureau of Land Management granting grazing permits in southern Idaho, ruling the BLM had adequately justified its position in the suit.
