Google Sanctioned For Late Evidence In Vringo Patent Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 8:06 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday ordered Google Inc. to turn over financial data in a patent infringement suit brought by ring-tone maker Vringo Inc. against Google and several other companies, sanctioning the tech giant for delaying evidence in the case.
