Fla. City Beats Challenge Over Development Plan Law

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 3:44 PM EDT) -- A Florida judge on Monday sided with the city of St. Pete Beach in a suit that alleged it had wrongly readopted a plan for large hotel development and that state officials had passed a special law to illegally push through the city's plan.
