AAIPharma Gets Claims Slashed From Darvocet MDL

Law360, Chicago (October 10, 2012, 6:08 PM EDT) -- AAIPharma Inc. on Wednesday scored the dismissal of a slew of claims in multidistrict litigation over injuries tied to the painkillers Darvocet and Darvon, when a Kentucky federal judge found the plaintiffs had failed to allege the ingestion of a product the company made or sold.
