Fashion Co. Connaught's Ch. 11 Plan OK'd After $22M Sale

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 4:42 PM EDT) -- High-end fashion retailer Connaught Group Ltd. can begin closing out its Chapter 11 case after a New York bankruptcy judge confirmed a plan Wednesday that will see what's left of the debtor liquidated following an April deal to sell its assets for $22 million.
