Firefighters Hit Philly Firm With $1M Legal Malpractice Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (October 10, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Several suburban Philadelphia volunteer fire companies hit Chartwell Law Offices LLP with a $1 million lawsuit for legal malpractice and breach of contract Wednesday, claiming the firm's predecessor negligently released claims against defendants who improperly joined them to a liability class action over a fire-destroyed property.
