Stakes Are High For Nuclear Power In Indian Point Trial

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Entergy Corp. has as much as $4 billion riding on a unique trial over whether its Indian Point nuclear facility can safely operate until 2030 and beyond, experts said Thursday, adding that the outcome of the upcoming hearings in Tarrytown, N.Y., could generate big questions for the entire industry.
