NLRB Withdraws Injunction Bid Against NJ Condo Group

By Martin Bricketto (October 10, 2012, 7:23 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Tuesday sought the dismissal of its action to force the manager of a 1,076-unit condominium complex in New Jersey to rehire 67 employees, citing an administrative law judge's decision that the subcontracting of their work didn't violate labor law.

The Galaxy Towers Condominium Association had previously argued that the Sept. 25 decision of NLRB Administrative Law Judge Steven Davis warranted the dismissal of the companion, temporary injunction action brought by the regulator in New Jersey federal court.
