Ex-Aircraft Repair Co. Owner Charged With Using Shoddy Parts

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 10:45 PM EDT) -- A federal grand jury in California on Wednesday returned a superseding indictment charging the former owner of Weco Aerospace Systems Inc. with conspiracy to commit fraud in connection with the company’s alleged use of nonapproved materials and methods in aircraft part repair.
