Pilots Union Seeks To Ground Pinnacle Incentive Plan

Law360 (October 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A pilots union is fighting a Pinnacle Air Lines Inc. bonus plan that was implemented to aid pilot recruitment and retention as a ploy to keep the company operational without raising pilot pay.

The Air Line Pilots Association International, which is currently negotiating a collective bargaining agreement with Pinnacle, filed a lawsuit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
