Hospital Groups Back Phoebe Merger In High Court Fight

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Several hospital associations voiced support Tuesday for Phoebe Putney Health System Inc. in its fight with the Federal Trade Commission over the hospital's acquisition of a fellow Georgia health care provider, urging the U.S. Supreme Court against revising its rule for state antitrust immunity.
