Ban On Samsung's Galaxy Nexus Lifted In Fight With Apple

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 5:10 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday overturned an injunction blocking sales of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s Galaxy Nexus smartphone in its ongoing patent fight with Apple Inc., saying Apple didn't provide evidence showing customers chose the Galaxy Nexus over the iPhone 4S because of the allegedly infringing “unified search” function.
