Law360, Philadelphia (October 11, 2012, 6:45 PM EDT) -- A former Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP attorney accused of representing both sides in the Philadelphia judiciary's bid for a new courthouse dodged a judgment bid Thursday, after a judge ruled that the attorney's pleadings raised a sufficient denial of the claims.
