Sullivan & Cromwell Settles Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (October 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sullivan & Cromwell LLP has settled with a gay former associate who sued the law firm for harassment and retaliation based on his sexual orientation.

“Aaron Charney and Sullivan & Cromwell have resolved their differences in connection with all pending disputes between them,” a Sullivan & Cromwell representative said Friday.

An attorney at Alterman & Boop PC, which is representing Charney, did not immediately return a request for comment Friday.
