Attorney Aims To Boot Special Master Off FedEx Case

Law360, New York (October 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bitter fee dispute between plaintiffs’ attorneys over a $4.5 million verdict in several employment discrimination cases against Federal Express Corp. took an ugly turn this week when one of the plaintiffs’ attorneys lashed out at the special master presiding over the spat.
