Law360, Houston (October 11, 2012, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday again blocked Exxon Mobil Corp.’s bid to duck claims it misled royalty owners about the productivity of certain South Texas wells, returning to the trial court a long-running dispute over whether the oil giant sabotaged wells it formerly operated.
