French Panel Nixes Canal Plus' Appeal Of Antitrust Conditions

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 2:26 PM EDT) -- France's Constitutional Council on Friday shot down an attempt by Vivendi SA's Canal Plus SA to overturn restrictions the country's antitrust watchdog established in July during a review of an acquisition the French television company completed more than half a decade ago.
