Moses & Singer Says E-Pass IP Suit Filings Were Justified

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 4:40 PM EDT) -- Moses & Singer LLP told a California federal court Thursday that it had not recklessly filed patent infringement suits on behalf of E-Pass Technologies Inc., a company that has accused the firm of legal malpractice.
