China Targets US, Others With Spandex Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 5:58 PM EDT) -- China's Ministry of Commerce on Friday said it would level anti-dumping duties on imports of spandex coming from the U.S., Japan and other countries, after an investigation showed that removing the trade measures would harm Chinese producers of the goods.
