NY Agency Urges FERC To Rethink 'Harmful' Astoria Order

Law360, Washington (October 12, 2012, 6:11 PM EDT) -- The New York State Public Service Commission on Wednesday pushed the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to reconsider an order that could cause energy prices in the state to rise by $500 million next year, saying the last-minute rule change could significantly harm consumers and the market.
