Miami Aims To Spur Projects With Proposed Land Use Category

Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 6:01 PM EDT) -- A Miami-Dade County committee voted Wednesday to start the legal ball rolling for a new land use category that, if adopted, will open up opportunities for developers looking to build mixed use developments involving both general retail and light industrial in the area.
