Lionel Reaches Tentative Deal With Model-Train Rival

Law360, New York (October 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Seeing light at the end of the tunnel, model-train manufacturer Lionel LLC has entered into a contingent agreement with competitor Mike's Train House that could resolve their seven-year trade secrets dispute and put Lionel on course to emerge from Chapter 11 by the first quarter of 2008.
