Forest Targets Docs' Testimony In Lexapro, Celexa Suicide MDL

Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 3:52 PM EDT) -- Forest Laboratories Inc. urged a Missouri federal court on Friday to exclude expert testimony from two doctors in a multidistrict litigation over the suicide risks of the antidepressant drugs Lexapro and Celexa, arguing that the doctors did not show that they used proper methodology to reach their determinations.
