Law360, New York (October 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a blow to a plaintiff's choice of venue, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has ruled that a lower court gave too much deference to car crash victims that brought a product liability lawsuit against Volkswagen AG and has ordered that the case be transferred.
