Patriot Coal OK'd To Seek Extension On Enviro Deadlines

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge granted Patriot Coal Corp. relief from the automatic bankruptcy stay Friday to enable it to request critical compliance deadline extensions in environmental proceedings filed against the debtor in West Virginia federal court.
