JPML Won't Centralize Gerber Baby Formula Suits

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 7:05 PM EDT) -- The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Tuesday refused to centralize in New Jersey 10 proposed class actions claiming Gerber Products Co. baby formula containing probiotics is not as healthy as marketed, saying pending transfer motions could make centralization moot.
