Pa. Supreme Court Takes On Foreclosure Notice Case

Law360, Philadelphia (October 17, 2012, 4:53 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to review a ruling that stripped state courts of jurisdiction over mortgage foreclosure cases when notices provided to homeowners didn't live up to state guidelines and spurred legislative action to change foreclosure notification rules.
