Law Firm Ducks Class Cert. In Suit Over Capital One Collections

Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 7:55 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday refused to certify a Capital One Bank NA cardholder's proposed class action against debt collection law firm Goldman & Warshaw PC, which he had accused of using inapplicable postdated Capital One card member contracts to collect debts.
