Law360, Philadelphia (October 17, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday found that a company lacked rights to mine on property the U.S. government appropriated via eminent domain to create a memorial for United Airlines Flight 93, which crashed on the site during the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
