Class Cert. Granted In FLSA Suit Against Health Care Co.

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Wednesday granted conditional class certification to account managers of Healthcare Services Group in the state, who claim they worked long hours but were denied overtime pay.

Joseph Copen, a former account manager for the company that provides housekeeping, food and laundry services to care facilities, filed suit against Healthcare Services Group in July 2011.
