Trading Technologies Wins Another Settlement In Futures Patent Litigation

Law360, New York (August 15, 2005, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Trading Technologies Inc. is pressing on with its international campaign to win licensing agreements for its futures trading software, forcing yet another settlement with a major industry player.

FFastFill Plc, a London-based derivatives application provider, agreed to the deal Monday, less than two weeks after Chicago-based Trading Tech filed its complaint in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
