Wireless Industry 'Bill Shock' Reforms Keep FCC Regs On Hold

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 6:28 PM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission on Wednesday endorsed the wireless phone industry's self-regulatory effort to stave off government mandates by voluntarily providing consumers with free notifications when they accumulate unexpected overage charges.
