Quigley Blasts Objections In Row Over President's Job

Law360 (October 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pfizer subsidiary Quigley Co. responded to a U.S. trustee and an ad hoc committee's objections to Quigley's bid to retain the company's president until May 2008, calling them myopic, scurrilous and fraught with errors.

Quigley filed reply papers on Friday to the objections of the U.S. trustee and the ad hoc committee of tort victims' objections. The objections were lodged with the court on Sept. 24 and Sept. 20, respectively.
