Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 4:31 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Thursday affirmed her July order denying a motion by U.S. Home Corp. to claw back from a property investor documents in a $134 million Maryland land dispute, citing inadequate efforts by its counsel to secure the builder's attorney-client privilege.
