Sen. Urges Crackdown On Misleading Power Wheelchair Ads

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., on Thursday urged the government to crack down on aggressive and misleading advertising of motorized wheelchairs and scooters, claiming the tactics and fraudulent claims for the devices are driving up Medicare costs.
