Omnicare Whistleblower Can't Revive Tainted Drugs Claims

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 4:12 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Friday shot down a former worker's move to revive his False Claims Act case against Omnicare Inc., which alleged the company had sold contaminated drugs to the government, saying disagreement with her ruling wasn't enough to reopen the case.
