Palms Hits Zurich Over Souvenir Giveaway Injury Coverage

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 2:50 PM EDT) -- The Palms Casino Resort sued Zurich American Insurance Co. in Nevada on Friday, claiming the insurer failed to defend it with reasonable care from a suit in which a man won $6 million after being injured during a casino souvenir giveaway.
